Dan Bradley is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from The Ohio State University and has over 30 years of experience in Service & Reliability field. He has assisted over 500 people in the areas of vibration analysis, predictive maintenance programs and balancing. He has worked in Product Development creating several Condition Monitoring Software applications, Data Collection Devices and Wireless sensing devices. Notably he has worked for IRD Mechanalysis, Inc. and SKF in a variety of management positions including responsibility for Global Reliability Systems while at SKF AB. Dan has been a publisher and speaker at numerous Reliability forums around the world.

Ian Knight is widely experienced in the fields of Bearing and Industrial Maintenance and Reliability. He has over 35 years experience working in bearing Industry starting with Timken and then 31 years with the SKF Group. He started his career with Timken in the Australian manufacturing plant, where he transitioned into field sales and support in Victoria and Western Australia.
He joined SKF in the early 80’s as State Manager Western Australia and transferred to Europe in 1989 to joined the newly created SKF Condition Monitoring group. In Europe he held global positions in the spheres of Product Marketing, Sales and Support and Training.
He started his own company Enluse BV, in the The Netherlands and today he is still very active as the CEO and Owner. Enluse BV specialise in the discipline of Lubrication Reliability and Ian is actively involved in facets of the company activities.
Per Arnold Elgqvist is a Mechanical Engineer, having graduated at the University of Gothenburg in 1970.
He is a regular speaker at industrial maintenance seminars and his is work covers the areas of Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil. Per Arnold is a fluent communicator in English, Swedish and Spanish.
He worked for SKF for 33 years and held many positions in both Sweden and Mexico, which included positions in Product Control and Product Engineering Manager.
In the period of 1990 to 2003, he held the position of Technical Services Manager for SKF Mexico, where he was responsible for Service and Reliability Support and Training.
In February 2003 he started his own company Servicios Tecnologicos Corporativos. SA de C.V. which continues today, with the main activities of Training and Consulting in Lubrication, Lubricants and Reliability of Rolling Element Bearings in different industrial applications. He is referred to in Latin America as the Doctor of Bearing Reliability.
Fabrice Brion is a Qualified Reliability Engineer with over 15 years experience in all facets of Reliability Based Maintenance. He is currently the CEO and Owner of I-Care SRL, based out of Mons Belgium and operating his Predictive Maintenance, Product Development, Training, Service and Customer Support organization across the European continent.
Prior to starting his own company I-Care he worked with Emerson Process Management in a wide scope of functions including, implementation of Reliability based maintenance strategies, Training and Supporting customers with condition monitoring instrument sales and implementation and developing their Oil Analysis capabilities.
Jan Brons is an Organization and Strategic Business consultant living in the Greater San Diego Area. Peter started his professional career at SKF, a global manufacturing and service company, as a mechanical engineer teaching quality techniques and running continuous improvement projects. With the implementation of Total Quality Management in SKF he switched to a position as a full time trainer and organizational development consultant for more than 10 years. Since 2008 he works as an independent trainer in various industries and areas.
Peter’s experience in training is truly global: in more than 16 years he facilitated workshops for over 3.000 participants from all continents of the world and in more than 30 countries.
Leadership, organizational change, international management, personal effectiveness and teambuilding have been his core competences so far. He is also experienced in strategy development, innovation and creating sustainability awareness.
Peter works in many different industries, currently he is involved in the aerospace area by helping Rolls Royce to develop their supplier base with a leadership program called “Sharing in Growth”. He also supports a corporate R&D roll out on innovation and change management in the tobacco industry.
Andrew Fraser is Managing Director of Reliable Manufacturing Ltd, a reliability‐ based change management consultancy that helps businesses to establish reliability as a core value in their organisation.
Andrew has over 30 years experience in engineering, maintenance, production and change management roles in a variety of industries, in the UK and across Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, USA and the Middle East.

Gwyn Simmons has 16 years of industrial fluid analysis experience is the area of industrial lubricants and fuel analysis.
He is responsible for all commercial aspects of POLARIS Laboratories® European Operations and provides technical support and training to all sectors.
Before joining POLARIS Laboratories®, Gwyn served the oil and fuel segments of the UK and European Market at ALcontrol UK Ltd.
During his career, he has learned many aspects of the industry while serving as a lab technician, lab supervisor, key account manager and diagnostician.
His most recent role was sales and technical administration manager where he managed 20 employees, developed sales and managed major accounts.
Toon Van Grunderbeeck is a highly experienced professional within the sphere of Lubrication Management. He has a BSc Engineering in Nuclear Technologies and a MSc Engineering in Plastic Processing Technologies (design, engineering & processing)
For the past 20 years he has been an independent consultant and is currently the owner of Lubretec bvba, a company supplying Lubrication Tools & Technologies, Maintenance Products & Equipment for Food & Beverage, Heavy industries, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Oil and Gas, etc.
Toon has been active with the development of the Lubrication Reliability Strategy program and Best Practices for lubrication including Auditing & Assessments of the Lubrication Management in industrial plants.
Michael has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Washington and started his career with SKF in Gothenburg, Sweden as a lubrication engineer, focusing on bearing maintenance.
Apart from his special competence in Lubrication he also has extensive experience bearing Maintenance where he spent many years in Sales and Marketing in Italy covering specialized maintenance tools, equipment and Condition Monitoring.
Michael has spent the past 27 years in the industrial bearing and lubrication field. He is currently President and CEO of FARO Bearings and TransAmerica Lubricants and continues to work closely with both the bearing and lubricant industries worldwide, to resolve bearing reliability problems. He speaks English, Italian and Spanish fluently, can converse in Swedish and resides with his family in Sarasota Florida.
Martin Blenkers is Managing Director at Oliveira International, an engineering and consulting firm, specialized in providing reliability solutions. With more than 85 employees, one of the largest providers of Reliability Services in the Benelux.
Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Maintenance and Asset management from the University of Utrecht (2015), bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering (1996) and Operational Research (1999) from the University of Potchefstroom, South Africa.
With more than 18 years of experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance plus Asset Management, Martin held several management positions at large multinationals which include AECI/ICI, Consol Glass and Stora Enso.
In 2006 he joined Oliveira International as Technical Director and owner, and assumed the responsibility of Managing Director in 2014.
Martin has spent the past 10 years within Oliveira, developing unique solutions related to reliability improvements, condition monitoring, lubrication and training needs. He has played an active role in the development of smart sensor technologies as part of the “Smart Industry” project, initiated by World Class Maintenance and the Dutch Government.
